How the diagnosis runs
Walk into Media City or Bur Dubai with the cable, dock and monitor you use. The exact symptom is reproduced on the bench, because the five look alike and do not share a cause.
The unit is connected to our reference 4K and 5K displays with a known-good HDMI 2.1 cable and a known-good Thunderbolt 4 cable. If that works, a swap test says which of your cable, dock, hub or monitor is at fault.
If our reference displays stay dark too, the chassis is opened with your written consent and the diagnostic moves to the HDMI 2.1 port and controller IC, the Thunderbolt controller, or the SoC display engine.
After a controller IC repair the output is validated against the reference 4K and 5K displays and a Cinebench R24 GPU test confirms the pipeline end to end, then the unit leaves with a 90-day parts and labour warranty.

Bring a Mac mini with a display fault to either Dubai workshop without an appointment. Our Media City workshop is on the 10th floor of Concord Tower, where customer parking is free; our Bur Dubai workshop is in the IT Center Building on 21A Street, where parking is paid on the street with more in the BurJuman car park. Neither location charges for looking at the machine.
The counter is open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 until 21:00, pausing on Friday between 12:00 and 14:00 and shut on Sunday. If you run several Mac minis behind multi-monitor setups, message us first: three or more can be serviced in a single workshop visit, and we also run display-and-dock recertification visits from either address for DIFC trading floors, Studio City editing bays and Media City agencies working on calibrated colour displays.
The Media City round covers DMC itself along with Studio City, Tecom, JLT, Dubai Marina, Internet City, JBR, Knowledge Park, DHCC and Palm Jumeirah. The Bur Dubai round takes in Karama, Deira, Downtown, Business Bay and DIFC as well as Bur Dubai. Larger jobs are collected and returned at no charge.
