Around Dubai Media City, Studio City and Tecom it is turning up where a Mac Studio M2 Max used to sit: editorial bays, colour-grading suites, music studios and 3D motion shops.
Asking that much of a five-inch enclosure changes the failure profile. Higher boost clocks held for longer, three Thunderbolt 5 ports at 80Gbps with real peripheral chains hanging off them, and a peak draw near 180W with CPU and GPU loaded together all leave marks. So diagnosis here starts from the workload the machine is given, not from a generic Mac mini checklist.

M4 Pro work on the Dubai bench
Six of the jobs that arrive on this tier, each one proven on the bench before a part is ordered.
Three rear 80Gbps ports and two front 10Gbps USB-C ports, loop-back proven first, then either the connector or the Thunderbolt 5 controller IC as a two to four hour board-level job.
Component-level work on the higher-current rails this tier runs, diagnosed and repaired at board level; whole-board replacement is quoted separately when component-level repair is not viable.
No-signal and dropout faults on the HDMI 2.1 port, re-validated against the display topology this machine supports: one 8K 60Hz panel or two 6K 60Hz panels alongside the Thunderbolt 5 outputs.
