What actually happened
Google Business Profile (Google My Business / GMB) suspensions hide you from the local pack. Soft suspension: dashboard still opens, but Search and Maps hide the listing. Hard suspension: the dashboard is disabled. A filter is different: you can still see your own listing, while a customer two streets away cannot. Hijacks and duplicate pins split the same signals.
