AI Training in Dubai Hands-On Sessions for Your Team
A Copilot or ChatGPT licence does not change how anyone works until they know what to use it for. We train Dubai teams on the AI tools their company has approved, using their own documents and tasks, with the data rules built in from the first exercise. We have looked after Microsoft 365 for Dubai businesses since 2007, so questions about settings and permissions get a straight answer in the room.

Quick answer
AI training for staff teaches a team to use approved tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT on their own work, check what the tools produce and keep company data out of prompts. Azizi Technologies runs hands-on sessions for Dubai businesses at their offices or ours in Media City and Bur Dubai.

Key Takeaways
Updated October 2026- Licences without training usually end in a burst of use and a slow fade.
- Sessions built on the team's own documents stick better than generic examples.
- Checking AI output is a skill, and it belongs in every session.
- Training should teach the same rules your AI policy sets out.
- This is in-house training for a company's staff, not a public course.
What AI training covers here
Licences alone teach nobody to use them.
Most offices that buy Copilot or ChatGPT seats see a burst of use and then a slow fade. People try the tool on the wrong tasks, get a poor answer and go back to the old way, while a few paste in things that should never leave the company. Training fixes both faster than any setting can.
Our sessions use your team's own work: their documents, their emails, the reports they write every month. Staff leave knowing which tasks the tool handles well, how to check what it gives them, and what your policy says must stay out of a prompt. This is training for a company's own staff, run at your office or ours.
Built on your own work
Exercises use the documents and tasks your team handles every week.
Safe use first
What may and may not go into a prompt, matched to your AI policy.
Checking the output
How to catch a confident wrong answer before it reaches a client.
Grouped by the work
Separate sessions where finance, sales or support use the tools differently.
What the Sessions Cover
The content follows the tools you have, but the core stays the same from one team to the next.
- Which everyday tasks the tool handles well, and which it gets wrong
- Writing requests that produce a usable first draft, practised on your own work
- Checking the output: facts, figures, names and anything that will reach a client
- What your AI policy allows, and where company data must never go
- Microsoft 365 Copilot inside Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel, where you have it
Who It Is For
Sessions are grouped by the kind of work people do, because a finance analyst and a sales lead use the same tool very differently.
- Managers deciding where AI belongs in their team's work
- Finance and operations staff working with spreadsheets, reports and long documents
- Sales and support teams writing to customers every day
- IT staff who will look after the tools and the permissions behind them
Training That Matches Your Policy
Training without rules leaves staff guessing, and rules nobody was taught get ignored. If you do not have an AI policy yet, we can write one first and build the sessions around it.

After the Session
Habits form in the weeks after training, when people meet real tasks on their own, so the follow-up matters as much as the day itself.
- A short written guide staff can keep open beside the tool
- An optional follow-up session for the questions that come up in real work
- A look at usage reports where your licences provide them, to see which teams took it up
Why Azizi
Why Learn AI Tools From an IT Company
The questions that stall a session are usually about settings and access, and those need someone who runs the systems.
We run the tools we teach
Microsoft 365 and Copilot are part of what our engineers administer every day, so settings and permission questions get a real answer.
Your work on the screen
Exercises come from your team's own documents and tasks, which is what makes the habits stick.
Training and policy agree
The rules staff are taught are the rules written into your AI policy, word for word where it matters.
