We are inside Concord Tower itself, in Office 45 on the 10th floor, so once you are in the building it is one lift ride up. The nearest metro is Dubai Internet City, and there is free customer parking if you drive.
No appointment is needed during workshop hours, Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 21:00 with a Friday prayer break from 12:00 to 14:00, closed Sunday. If you are carrying several machines from a nearby Media City office, message us first and we will meet you downstairs.
