If you have fewer than about ten staff, a short review is usually more appropriate than a full assessment. The value scales with how much unstructured data and how many roles you have. We will say if you are below that threshold rather than selling you the larger engagement.

Strongly recommended. Copilot inherits existing permissions, so an unaudited tenant means it surfaces over-shared content on day one. The assessment finds that before it becomes a problem, and it also stops you licensing roles that would get little value.

Then you have saved the licence cost and you have a prioritised list of what to fix, most of which is worth doing regardless of AI. Permissions cleanup, ownership and retention all improve security and search whether or not you ever deploy an AI tool.

Typically one to two weeks for a small or mid-size business. The tenant review is largely remote. What sets the timeline is scheduling short conversations with people in each function, since that is where the genuinely useful use cases come from.

Wherever they fit. Many businesses already hold licences with AI capability they have not enabled, and we check entitlements before recommending anything new. Buying a tool you already own is a common and entirely avoidable expense.
