They sit under a bench for six years doing one job, and the day one stops it turns out to be the machine driving a machine, holding the only copy of something, or running the software the whole line depends on. How We Cover Abu Dhabi

Azizi Technologies is a Dubai business with workshops in Dubai Media City and Bur Dubai. There is no Abu Dhabi branch, and repairs are walk-in only, so the machine comes to one of the two workshops.

Office 45, Concord Tower

There is no Abu Dhabi office. Abu Dhabi clients are supported remotely every day, with on-site engineer visits scheduled from our two Dubai offices, roughly 90 minutes away down the E11: Office 45 on the 10th floor of Concord Tower in Dubai Media City, and the IT Center Building in Bur Dubai.

Remote support runs from both offices during workshop hours, Mon-Sat 9AM-7PM, Fri break 12-2PM · Sun closed. If you would rather drop a device in Dubai, the nearest metro to Concord Tower is Dubai Internet City and there is visitor parking (first 15 minutes free, then paid).

How Abu Dhabi is covered

Daily remote helpdesk from Dubai, on-site engineer visits by schedule, and a faulty device can travel back with the engineer on a contract visit. Other repairs come to a Dubai workshop, with photos on WhatsApp first. No Abu Dhabi office, and no response time the map does not allow.

Do you collect from Musaffah and the industrial areas?
No. Repairs are walk-in only, so machines from Musaffah and the industrial zones come to our Dubai workshops. Industrial sites often bring several at once, since dust and heat tend to take out more than one unit in the same period. If your site is on one of our AMC plans, the engineer can take units back to the workshop on a scheduled visit.
Can you save the data if the computer will not start?
Usually, yes. We assess the drives before attempting any repair, precisely so a repair attempt never risks the data. Recovery is done in-house rather than passed to a third party, and if the machine turns out to be beyond economic repair we still return the data.
Is repairing an old desktop worth it?
Sometimes, and we will tell you honestly. If the fault is a power supply or a drive on an otherwise capable machine, repair is clearly worth it. If it needs a board on a machine already past its useful life, we say so rather than quoting the work.
Do you repair custom-built and gaming PCs?
Yes. Custom builds are often easier to repair than branded machines because parts are standard, though they arrive with more thermal and power supply issues from heavy loads. Send the specification and the symptom and we will give you a view before you make the trip.
What about machines running production software?
These are the machines most worth repairing rather than replacing, because reinstalling and revalidating production software usually costs far more than the hardware itself, and sometimes the original licence or installer is long gone. We fix the fault and keep the existing installation intact wherever it is technically possible.
How long does a desktop repair take?
Straightforward work such as a power supply or drive replacement usually completes within a day or two of approval, counted from when the machine reaches the workshop. Board-level repair and data recovery take longer, and we give you a realistic date at quote stage.
Is there a computer repair shop in Abu Dhabi I can walk into?
Not one of ours. Both Azizi Technologies workshops are in Dubai, one in Dubai Media City and one in Bur Dubai. Abu Dhabi customers bring the machine to either workshop during opening hours, no appointment needed. Most send photos first, so they know the likely quote before they drive.
Which desktop and workstation brands do you repair?
Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer and MSI desktops are all covered, together with business workstations such as Dell Precision, HP Z-series and Lenovo ThinkStation, all-in-ones, and custom or gaming towers built from standard parts. Industrial PCs from lesser-known makers are welcome too: send us the model and we check parts availability before you bring it in.
Is there a warranty on desktop repairs from Abu Dhabi?
Yes. A paid desktop repair is warranted for 90 days, parts and labour both, with the terms written into the paperwork handed over with the machine. When we replace a power supply, a drive or a board, the cover applies to that new part and to our fitting of it. Every desktop also runs under sustained load before it leaves, so a marginal rail or a part that overheats shows itself in the workshop, not after the machine is back under your desk.
Do you repair laptops as well as desktops?
Yes, on the same walk-in basis, although laptops sit on a separate page because their faults, parts and brands differ. This page is about desktops, all-in-ones, workstations and industrial PCs. When an Abu Dhabi site has both laptops and desktops waiting, bring them together and they are booked in on one visit.
