What RAID recovery involves
The rebuild is what usually destroys the array.
A RAID array that has lost a disk is degraded, not dead, and the instinct is to put a new disk in and rebuild. On an array that has been running for years that is the most dangerous thing you can do: the rebuild reads every sector of every remaining disk, which is exactly the stress that takes out a second ageing drive - and on RAID 5 a second failure during rebuild is the end of the array.
So the first step is to stop and image. We work from copies of the member disks, reconstruct the array parameters - order, stripe size, parity rotation - and rebuild the file system offline, where a mistake costs nothing.

Our main workshop is Office 45 on the 10th floor of Concord Tower in Dubai Media City, with a second Azizi Technologies office at the IT Center Building in Bur Dubai. The nearest metro to Concord Tower is Dubai Internet City, and there is visitor parking (first 15 minutes free, then paid) if you drive.
No appointment is needed during workshop hours, Mon-Sat 9AM-7PM, Fri break 12-2PM · Sun closed. Repairs are walk-in only: bring the device for a free diagnosis, or send photos on WhatsApp first if you want a likely cost before the trip.
Walk in, no booking
Free diagnosis at either Dubai workshop during workshop hours. We do not collect devices for repair; businesses on one of our AMC plans can hand them to the engineer on a scheduled visit.
