Privacy Policy

Azizi Technologies LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit our website or use our IT services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: May 2026

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly - name, email, phone number, company name, billing address, and details of the device or issue you need help with. When you visit our site, we may also collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, referring source) through standard analytics.

How we use it

To deliver the service you've requested (quotes, scheduling on-site visits and buy-back collections, repair status updates, invoicing), to provide warranty and post-service support, to keep your data and devices secure during repair, and - if you've opted in - to send occasional service updates and offers. We never sell your personal data.

Device data during repair

When you bring in a device for repair, technicians may need to access stored files to diagnose or recover data. We only access what's strictly required. Recovered or backed-up data is stored on isolated systems and securely deleted after handover unless you've explicitly requested longer retention.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses essential cookies for navigation and form state, Google Analytics 4 to measure overall site usage, and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session replays and heatmaps so we can see where pages confuse people. Form fields are masked in those recordings. We do not use advertising cookies: advertising storage is set to denied in Google Consent Mode on every visit, and visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland also get analytics storage denied. We do not share personal data with ad networks.

Sharing and third parties

We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver our service (payment processors, courier partners where a buy-back collection uses one, manufacturer warranty channels). All third parties are bound by data-protection agreements.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We respond within 30 days. You can also opt out of marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in any email, and ask us to stop session recording for your visits.

Retention

Customer and invoice records are kept for the period required by UAE tax law (currently 5 years). Diagnostic and device data is deleted within 30 days of service completion unless you request otherwise.
