IT Support for Abu Dhabi Companies Remote Daily, On-Site by Schedule

If you are comparing IT companies in Abu Dhabi, start with how the work is delivered. Most IT support work does not need anyone in the room. Remote helpdesk handles the majority of tickets the same day, wherever you are. What Abu Dhabi clients need to know is what happens for the rest, and we would rather set that expectation properly than promise a response time the map does not allow.

What distance does and does not affect

Remote support does not care where your office is.

The majority of support tickets - a mailbox that will not sync, a printer queue, a locked account, a VPN that dropped - are resolved without anyone being in the room, and they are resolved just as fast in Abu Dhabi as in Media City. Distance is simply not a factor for that work.

The honest part is the rest. When a job genuinely needs hands on hardware, an engineer has to drive, and we would rather set that expectation properly than quote a response time the map does not allow. Scheduled on-site visits cover the planned work; the emergency number is the one we are careful about.

  • Most tickets resolve without a visit, and distance does not slow that down.

What We Cover in Abu Dhabi, and Where We Stop

Being straight about this matters more than sounding bigger than we are. Azizi Technologies is a Dubai business with two workshops, in Dubai Media City and Bur Dubai. We do not have premises in Abu Dhabi, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

  • Abu Dhabi is roughly 140 km from our Dubai workshops, about 90 minutes by road down the E11 in normal traffic
  • On-site work is delivered by our own engineers travelling from Dubai on scheduled visit days, confirmed when you book
  • On a support contract, faulty hardware goes back to the Dubai workshop with the engineer on a scheduled visit; one-off repairs outside a contract are walk-in at Media City or Bur Dubai
  • Districts we cover: Al Reem Island, the Corniche, Al Maryah Island, Khalifa City, Saadiyat, Yas Island and Musaffah
  • If a job genuinely needs someone within the hour, we will tell you that we are the wrong choice for it

What Gets Fixed Remotely, and What Does Not

The split matters because it determines your real service experience, not the marketing.

  • Remote, same day: account lockouts, mail problems, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace admin, software installs, permissions, VPN, printing, most performance complaints
  • Remote, with your help: anything needing someone to reseat a cable or read a light on a router
  • On-site required: hardware failure, new equipment installs, cabling, network faults, anything physical
  • In practice most tickets close remotely, which is why a Dubai-based provider works for Abu Dhabi at all
  • We are explicit about which category your issue falls into when you raise it

Abu Dhabi IT Support Response Times, Honestly

We will not quote an hour-long on-site SLA to Abu Dhabi from Dubai. Nobody can hold that, and a promise you break in month two is worse than one you never made.

  • Remote response within the working day, same as our Dubai clients
  • On-site work scheduled on agreed visit days rather than dispatched ad hoc
  • Genuine emergencies handled by exception, with the travel time stated plainly when you call
  • If your business genuinely cannot tolerate a scheduled model, an Abu Dhabi provider is the better answer and we will say so

What We Handle as an IT Solutions Company for Abu Dhabi

The service is the same one our Dubai clients get. Only the delivery model differs.

  • Helpdesk for staff, with a named engineer rather than a rotating queue
  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, licensing and security
  • Endpoint management, patching and antivirus across Windows and Mac
  • Backup monitoring and restore testing, which is the part most providers quietly skip
  • Vendor liaison with Etisalat, du and your software suppliers so you are not the one on hold

Why Azizi

Why Azizi Technologies for Abu Dhabi

We are honest about being a Dubai business, which is more useful to you than a fake local presence.

  • No pretend local office

We will not list an Abu Dhabi address we do not occupy. What you get instead is a clear service model and no surprises about who is turning up.

  • Most work never needs travel

The majority of tickets close remotely and same-day. Distance only matters for the physical minority, and we plan for that explicitly.

  • We will tell you when we are wrong for the job

If your business needs an engineer on site within an hour, that is not us. Hearing it now costs us a client and saves you a bad year.

Our process

How we get started

Sequenced, scoped and shipped. Every phase has a deliverable you can hold us to.

  1. 01

    Scope the estate

Devices, users, systems and where the real pain is. Done remotely, so there is no travel cost to find out whether we are a fit.

  2. 02

    Agree the delivery model

How much is remote, how often we visit, and what happens in a genuine emergency. Written down before you sign.

  3. 03

    Onboard remotely

Monitoring, patching and helpdesk access set up without anyone travelling.

  4. 04

    First on-site visit

An engineer comes out, documents the physical estate and fixes the backlog of things that needed hands.

Vendor neutral

Platforms We Support

Dubai businesses run mixed estates, so vendor loyalty is not useful here. These are the platforms we deploy and support day to day across both Dubai workshops.

  • Microsoft 365 and AzureTenant administration, Intune device enrolment, Entra ID and conditional access, handled by Microsoft-certified engineers.
  • Apple macOS fleetsThe default for creative and production teams. Managed alongside Windows under one contract.
  • Cisco and ArubaSwitching, routing and enterprise WiFi for offices that outgrew consumer kit.
  • Ubiquiti UniFiOur most common deployment for agency-sized offices. No per-AP licence and a strong controller.
  • Sophos and FortinetFirewalls, EDR and MDR for teams that need security written into the AMC rather than bolted on.
  • Synology and QNAPShared NAS over 10 GbE for editorial libraries, with backup that covers media rather than just documents.

Finding us

Office 45, Concord Tower

There is no Abu Dhabi office. Abu Dhabi clients are supported remotely every day, with on-site engineer visits scheduled from our two Dubai offices, roughly 90 minutes away down the E11: Office 45 on the 10th floor of Concord Tower in Dubai Media City, and the IT Center Building in Bur Dubai.

Remote support runs from both offices during workshop hours, Mon-Sat 9AM-7PM, Fri break 12-2PM · Sun closed. If you would rather drop a device in Dubai, the nearest metro to Concord Tower is Dubai Internet City and there is visitor parking (first 15 minutes free, then paid).

How Abu Dhabi is covered

Daily remote helpdesk from Dubai, on-site engineer visits by schedule, and a faulty device can travel back with the engineer on a contract visit. Other repairs come to a Dubai workshop, with photos on WhatsApp first. No Abu Dhabi office, and no response time the map does not allow.

How engagements run

An assessment first, then a written scope with response times in the contract, then onboarding and ongoing support reviewed quarterly.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

9 direct answers about IT Support for Abu Dhabi Companies.

Do you have an office in Abu Dhabi?
No. Azizi Technologies operates two workshops, both in Dubai, in Dubai Media City and Bur Dubai. We serve Abu Dhabi clients through daily remote support plus scheduled on-site visits by our own engineers. We would rather say that plainly than list an address we do not actually occupy.
How quickly can an engineer reach us?
Abu Dhabi is around 140 km from our workshops, roughly 90 minutes by road in normal traffic. That means scheduled visits rather than same-hour dispatch. Remote support responds within the working day, exactly as it does for our Dubai clients, and that covers the majority of tickets.
Is a Dubai provider really practical for us?
For most businesses, yes, because most IT support is remote work. It stops being practical if you have frequent hardware failures, a large physical estate, or genuinely cannot wait for a scheduled visit. We assess that honestly during scoping rather than signing you up and hoping.
What happens in a real emergency?
We triage remotely straight away, which resolves a surprising share of situations described as emergencies. If it genuinely needs hands on site, we tell you the realistic arrival time when you call rather than after you have been waiting. No invented response windows.
Which parts of Abu Dhabi do you cover?
Al Reem Island, the Corniche, Al Maryah Island, Khalifa City, Saadiyat, Yas Island and Musaffah, plus the surrounding business districts. Coverage is a scheduling question rather than a boundary question, so tell us where you are and we will confirm what cadence is workable.
Can we start remote and add on-site later?
Yes, and it is how most Abu Dhabi clients begin. Remote onboarding costs you nothing in travel and proves whether the model works for your business. On-site visits are added to the contract once you know what cadence you actually need.
Is there a list of the top IT companies in Abu Dhabi?
Directories and review platforms publish them, but they rank app developers, software houses, infrastructure integrators and managed IT providers side by side, which makes the lists hard to use. We do not publish one, because any ranking we wrote would include us. Decide which type of company you need first, then shortlist three of that type.
What is the difference between an IT solutions company and a managed IT provider?
An IT solutions company usually delivers projects: a network, a server room, a CCTV system or a software rollout, then hands it over. A managed IT provider runs what you already have for a fixed monthly fee, covering helpdesk, patching, backups and vendor calls. For Abu Dhabi clients we work mainly as the second, with installs booked onto scheduled visit days.
How do IT support companies in Abu Dhabi handle on-site work?
In one of three ways: engineers based in the emirate, engineers driving in from Dubai, or a local technician subcontracted for the visit. Each can work, but it decides who turns up and whether they know your setup. We are the second kind: our own engineers, on visit days agreed in advance, never a subcontracted pair of hands.
