A whole office needs work? Book them in together.

Business laptop faults arrive in batches more often than people expect. A fleet bought at the same time reaches battery end-of-life at the same time; a purchase of one model shares the same hinge or port weakness; an office that moved has a dozen machines with the same problem. Handling those one at a time means twelve trips and twelve conversations.

So Abu Dhabi offices bring the machines to our Dubai workshop in one batch, each with its own job ticket, and we diagnose them together and quote them as a batch. That is faster for you and usually cheaper per machine than treating each as a separate job. Offices on one of our AMC plans can have the engineer take them back on a scheduled visit instead.

How We Cover Abu Dhabi

Azizi Technologies is a Dubai business with workshops in Dubai Media City and Bur Dubai. There is no Abu Dhabi branch, and repairs are walk-in only. It is 140 km each way, so we make sure the trip is worth it before you set off.

  • Send the model and a photo of the fault on WhatsApp or the quote form for a likely quote first
  • Media City is the nearer workshop coming up the E11 from Abu Dhabi, about 90 minutes in normal traffic
  • Free diagnosis and a written quote before any work, the same as for any Dubai walk-in
  • From Al Reem Island, Saadiyat or Yas Island, the E11 is the direct route up to Dubai

Finding us

Office 45, Concord Tower

There is no Abu Dhabi office. Abu Dhabi clients are supported remotely every day, with on-site engineer visits scheduled from our two Dubai offices, roughly 90 minutes away down the E11: Office 45 on the 10th floor of Concord Tower in Dubai Media City, and the IT Center Building in Bur Dubai.

Remote support runs from both offices during workshop hours, Mon-Sat 9AM-7PM, Fri break 12-2PM · Sun closed. If you would rather drop a device in Dubai, the nearest metro to Concord Tower is Dubai Internet City and there is visitor parking (first 15 minutes free, then paid).

How Abu Dhabi is covered

Daily remote helpdesk from Dubai, on-site engineer visits by schedule, and a faulty device can travel back with the engineer on a contract visit. Other repairs come to a Dubai workshop, with photos on WhatsApp first. No Abu Dhabi office, and no response time the map does not allow.

Can you collect several laptops at once?
Not as a standalone repair; repairs are walk-in only. The efficient route from Abu Dhabi is to bring the machines in one batch: each gets its own job ticket and asset tag, and they are finished in whatever priority order you set. If your office is on one of our AMC plans, the engineer can take them back on a scheduled visit.
How long will it take?
Straightforward jobs such as screens and batteries usually complete within a day or two of your approval, counted from when the laptop reaches the workshop. Less common models needing ordered parts take longer, and we tell you the realistic date at quote stage rather than afterwards.
Is repair worth it, or should we replace?
Depends on the machine's age and the fault. We give a written report per device precisely so you can make that call across a fleet with real information. If a repair costs more than the laptop is worth, we say so rather than quoting it and letting you work it out.
Do you repair gaming laptops?
Yes. Asus ROG, MSI and similar models come in mostly with thermal problems, GPU faults and failed fans, all made worse by heat. They are more involved to work on and parts can take longer to source, so we quote turnaround separately for them.
What warranty do I get in Abu Dhabi?
A 90-day parts and labour warranty on every paid repair, identical to what a Dubai walk-in customer receives. If a warranty issue comes up, send photos first so we can tell you whether it can be sorted remotely before you make the trip back.
How much does laptop screen replacement cost in Abu Dhabi?
It depends on the exact panel for your model: size, resolution, touch or non-touch, and the refresh rate on gaming laptops, plus whether the whole lid assembly is needed. We identify the part at the free diagnosis and send a written quote naming it before anything is ordered. Share the model number on WhatsApp and we can give an early view before you drive down.
Do you do laptop battery replacement for Abu Dhabi customers?
Yes, at either workshop. Rapid drain, sudden shutdowns and a laptop that only runs while plugged in are the usual signs. A swollen battery that lifts the trackpad or keyboard should not be charged again, so switch it off and bring it in unplugged, and tell us when you message. Offices whose laptops were bought together often need batteries together, and a batch quote covers them in one go.
Can you repair motherboard faults and liquid damage?
Yes. Board-level work at our Dubai workshop covers dead charging circuits, shorted components and corrosion after a spill, often where a replacement board is unavailable or not worth fitting. After liquid, switch the laptop off, do not charge it and bring it in promptly, because corrosion keeps spreading while it sits. The diagnosis tells you plainly whether the machine is recoverable.
Which parts of Abu Dhabi do you collect from?
None. There is no Abu Dhabi branch and repairs are walk-in only, so the laptop comes to our Dubai workshop with you. Customers from Al Reem Island, the Corniche, Khalifa City, Yas Island and Musaffah usually head up the E11 to Media City, the nearer of our two workshops. Offices on an AMC can have laptops taken back by the engineer on a scheduled visit.
