Bring a Dell to either Dubai workshop without an appointment. The Media City centre is Office 45 on the 10th floor of Concord Tower; the Bur Dubai centre is in the IT Center Building. Both diagnose free while you decide, and both have free customer parking.
Hours are Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 21:00, with a Friday prayer break from 12:00 to 14:00, closed Sunday. Bring the charger and the docking station if you have one — a surprising share of Dell faults turn out to be in the dock or the adapter rather than the laptop.
