Two Dell service centres, both walk-in
Bring a Dell to either Dubai workshop without an appointment. The Media City centre is Office 45 on the 10th floor of Concord Tower; the Bur Dubai centre is in the IT Center Building. Both diagnose free while you decide, and Concord Tower has visitor parking (first 15 minutes free, then paid).
Hours are Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 19:00, with a Friday prayer break from 12:00 to 14:00, closed Sunday. Bring the charger and the docking station if you have one — a surprising share of Dell faults turn out to be in the dock or the adapter rather than the laptop.
Which workshop is closer
Media City (nearest metro Dubai Internet City) suits Internet City, Knowledge Park, Barsha Heights, JLT and Dubai Marina. Bur Dubai (a short walk from BurJuman Metro) suits Karama, Deira, Downtown, Business Bay and DIFC. Office fleets are booked in as one batch with a job ticket per machine; AMC clients have the engineer bring them in on the scheduled visit.

The laptop, its charger and the docking station if it uses one. You do not need the box or the receipt. If the machine still powers on, back it up first as good practice — a repair does not touch your SSD, but nobody has ever regretted a backup.
