Finding us
You can bring an HP laptop to either Dubai workshop without an appointment. Our Media City centre is Office 45 on the 10th floor of Concord Tower; our Bur Dubai centre is in the IT Center Building. Both have free customer parking and both do the diagnosis free while you decide.
Workshop hours are Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 21:00, with a Friday prayer break from 12:00 to 14:00, closed Sunday. If you are moving several HP machines from one office, message us first and we will collect them together rather than have you carry them.
Dubai Media City, Internet City, Knowledge Park, Barsha Heights, JLT, Dubai Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, DIFC, Bur Dubai, Karama, Deira and Al Quoz directly, with the rest of Dubai by arrangement. Pickup and delivery is free on larger jobs.
