HP is not one laptop. An EliteBook in a DIFC office, a ZBook running CAD in Al Quoz, a Spectre in a Marina apartment and a school Chromebook share a badge and almost nothing else — different chassis, different service manuals, different failure patterns and completely different parts.
That is why a generic laptop shop struggles with HP. Knowing that ProBook lids tear their hinge posts, that Spectre batteries are bonded rather than screwed, and that a dead EliteBook is usually a charging rail rather than a dead board is the difference between a repair and a replacement quote.

Finding us
Two HP service centres, both walk-in
You can bring an HP laptop to either Dubai workshop without an appointment. Our Media City centre is Office 45 on the 10th floor of Concord Tower; our Bur Dubai centre is in the IT Center Building. Concord Tower has visitor parking (first 15 minutes free, then paid) and both do the diagnosis free while you decide.
Workshop hours are Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 19:00, with a Friday prayer break from 12:00 to 14:00, closed Sunday. If you are bringing several HP machines from one office, message us first and we will book them in as one batch, each with its own job ticket.
Picking a workshop
From JLT, Dubai Marina, Barsha Heights or Internet City, Media City is the shorter drive and Dubai Internet City is the nearest metro. From Karama, Deira, Downtown or DIFC, head to Bur Dubai, a short walk from BurJuman Metro.
What to bring
The laptop and its charger. You do not need the box, the receipt or the original packaging. If the machine still powers on, back it up first if you can — a repair does not touch your SSD, but a backup is always the right habit before hardware work.
