What a screen replacement involves
A panel that fits is not necessarily the right panel.
Laptop displays of the same physical size come in different resolutions, different backlight types, different connector pin counts and with or without touch. A cheaper panel will often mount and light up perfectly while quietly downgrading the machine - a 1080p screen dropped into a QHD laptop, or a matte panel where the original was glossy.
So the work is matching before it is fitting: identifying the exact panel the machine shipped with, then refitting on a clean bench so no dust ends up behind the glass. A cracked or flickering screen is rarely a reason to replace a working laptop.

Our main workshop is Office 45 on the 10th floor of Concord Tower in Dubai Media City, with a second Azizi Technologies office at the IT Center Building in Bur Dubai. The nearest metro to Concord Tower is Dubai Internet City, and there is visitor parking (first 15 minutes free, then paid) if you drive.
No appointment is needed during workshop hours, Mon-Sat 9AM-7PM, Fri break 12-2PM · Sun closed. Repairs are walk-in only: bring the device for a free diagnosis, or send photos on WhatsApp first if you want a likely cost before the trip.
Walk in, no booking
Free diagnosis at either Dubai workshop during workshop hours. We do not collect devices for repair; businesses on one of our AMC plans can hand them to the engineer on a scheduled visit.
