ASUS splits sharply on our bench. The thin ZenBook and VivoBook ultrabooks come in for OLED panel damage, ErgoLift hinge wear and battery swelling - ultrabook problems. The ROG and TUF gaming machines come in for heat.
On the gaming side the usual cause is a fin stack packed with dust, thermal pads that have gone flat and a fan that has lost speed. In this climate that shows up as throttling and shutdowns under load. We strip the cooling assembly, clean it, replace pads and fans as needed, and measure temperatures before and after.

Our main workshop is Office 45 on the 10th floor of Concord Tower in Dubai Media City, with a second Azizi Technologies office at the IT Center Building in Bur Dubai. The nearest metro to Concord Tower is Dubai Internet City, and there is visitor parking (first 15 minutes free, then paid) if you drive.
No appointment is needed during workshop hours, Mon-Sat 9AM-7PM, Fri break 12-2PM · Sun closed. Repairs are walk-in only: bring the device for a free diagnosis, or send photos on WhatsApp first if you want a likely cost before the trip.
Walk in, no booking
Free diagnosis at either Dubai workshop during workshop hours. We do not collect devices for repair; businesses on one of our AMC plans can hand them to the engineer on a scheduled visit.
