What component-level repair means
A dead board is not automatically a dead laptop.
Most shops diagnose to the board and stop. The board is declared faulty, a replacement is quoted at a price close to the machine's value, and the customer is advised to buy a new laptop. That is a limitation of the workshop, not a fact about the fault.
Component-level repair goes one level deeper: finding the specific failed part on the board - a shorted capacitor, a failed charging IC, a corrupted BIOS chip, corrosion from a spill - and replacing that. It takes a microscope, hot air, schematics and time, which is why fewer places offer it. It is also why machines other shops have written off frequently leave here working.

No appointment is needed during workshop hours, Mon-Sat 9AM-7PM, Fri break 12-2PM · Sun closed. Repairs are walk-in only: bring the device for a free diagnosis, or send photos on WhatsApp first if you want a likely cost before the trip.

Free diagnosis at either Dubai workshop during workshop hours. We do not collect devices for repair; businesses on one of our AMC plans can hand them to the engineer on a scheduled visit.
