Will you have the part for my laptop model in stock?
For mainstream Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS and Acer models the common parts move fast enough that we hold them. Rarer configurations, high-resolution panels and touch assemblies sometimes need ordering. Send us the exact model before travelling and we will tell you honestly which it is.
Can I get my laptop repaired while I wait?
The free diagnosis is done while you wait. Whether the repair itself is, depends on the job and the part. Batteries, RAM and storage are usually quick enough to stay for. Screens and anything needing soldering are better picked up from the counter later the same day or the next.
My work laptop has company data on it. Is that safe?
We log every machine on a numbered job ticket and only access data when the repair actually requires it, such as a storage migration. For companies with stricter rules we can work without signing in at all, or sign an NDA before the machine is handed over.
Do you repair laptops that will not switch on at all?
Yes, and it is one of the most common walk-ins we get. A laptop that shows no sign of life is usually a power delivery, charging circuit or board fault rather than a dead machine. The diagnosis tells you which, and whether your data is still reachable.
Which laptop brands can you handle at both Dubai locations?
Both workshops cover Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Microsoft Surface, plus gaming ranges like ROG, Legion, Predator and Omen. Board-level and soldering work is concentrated where the equipment sits, so we may move your machine between the two.
Do you collect laptops from offices in Dubai?
No, laptop repairs are walk-in only. Offices with several machines book them in as one batch at either workshop, each on its own job ticket, and we send the quote before any work. If your company is on an IT AMC, the engineer can take laptops back on the scheduled visit and return them once you approve.
What happens if the part you need is not stocked?
We tell you at the diagnosis rather than after taking the laptop apart. You get the expected wait for the part and a quote, and you can leave the machine with us or take it away and come back. Either way nothing is opened without your approval.
Is there a laptop repair shop near me that is open today?
Both workshops open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00, pausing on Friday between 12:00 and 14:00, and both are closed on Sunday. If your laptop fails on a Sunday, WhatsApp the model and the fault, and when we reopen we reply with what we hold for it and which workshop to bring it to.
Do I need to book before walking in with my laptop?
No booking is needed at either workshop. Bring the laptop and its charger to the counter during opening hours and the free diagnosis starts there. Sending the exact model on WhatsApp beforehand is optional, but it tells you before you leave whether the repair can be finished on the day.
How much does laptop repair near me cost, and do I pay for the diagnosis?
The diagnosis costs nothing. After it you get a written quote naming the part and the labour for your specific model, so you see the full amount before any work begins. Say no and the laptop comes back to you untouched, with nothing to pay.
