Your ISP router is doing two jobs badly.

The box Etisalat or du supplies is a modem, a router and an access point in one unit, and it is placed wherever the fibre happens to enter - usually a hallway cupboard, behind a metal door. It is optimised for the installer's convenience, not for your apartment's shape.

Most home WiFi complaints in Dubai come down to that. Putting the ISP unit into bridge mode and running your own router or mesh, positioned for the space rather than the cabling, fixes more dead zones than any amount of new hardware bought at random.

Office 45, Concord Tower

Our main workshop is Office 45 on the 10th floor of Concord Tower in Dubai Media City, with a second Azizi Technologies office at the IT Center Building in Bur Dubai. The nearest metro to Concord Tower is Dubai Internet City, and there is visitor parking (first 15 minutes free, then paid) if you drive.

No appointment is needed during workshop hours, Mon-Sat 9AM-7PM, Fri break 12-2PM · Sun closed. Remote support runs from both offices, and on-site visits are scheduled from whichever is closer to you.

Where we work on site

Dubai Media City, Internet City, Knowledge Park, Barsha Heights, Bur Dubai, Business Bay, JLT and the wider city from the two offices, with scheduled visits beyond Dubai.

How much does home WiFi setup cost in Dubai?
It depends on the home. A basic router setup is the smallest job, and mesh installs scale with the number of nodes and home size: studios usually run on a single router, 2-bed apartments on mesh, and villas on multi-floor mesh. Each job is quoted before work starts.
Which mesh WiFi system is best for villas?
For large villas we recommend Ubiquiti UniFi (UDM Pro plus U6 Pro APs) or Netgear Orbi RBKE963 for maximum range. For standard homes Google Nest WiFi or Eero Pro 6E offer excellent value. TP-Link Deco BE85 or Eero Max 7 for Wi-Fi 7 value. Asus ZenWiFi BT10 for power users wanting custom firmware features.
Can you set up WiFi for Etisalat and du connections?
Yes - we configure WiFi for all UAE ISPs including Etisalat eLife, e& Home, du Home, du BizON business, and Virgin Mobile home broadband. Bridge mode setup on the ISP modem is standard so your own mesh router handles WiFi, DHCP and firewall.
Do you supply the hardware or do I buy my own?
Both - Azizi Technologies supplies Eero, TP-Link Deco, Asus, Netgear Orbi, Ubiquiti at trade pricing from Bur Dubai stock, or installs your existing hardware. Site survey before quote either way.
Can I install WiFi myself?
Studio and 1-bed apartments yes, plug-and-play takes 30 minutes. 2-bed and larger benefit from professional install - AP placement decisions drive 70 percent of real performance. Azizi survey before you buy.
Is the home WiFi TDRA-compliant?
Yes - all hardware we deploy is TDRA-approved (UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority) operating on permitted 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz channels with correct UAE regulatory domain. Unlocked / grey-market consumer routers from outside UAE often run on disallowed channels and may interfere with licensed services - we replace these as part of our service.
How fast can you reach Marina, Palm or Arabian Ranches?
Dubai Media City corridor and Bur Dubai: 60-90 minutes. Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Al Sufouh: 90-120 minutes. Downtown, Business Bay, DIFC, Jumeirah: 90-120 minutes. Arabian Ranches, Emirates Hills, Meadows, Springs: 2-3 hours. Same-day install for bookings before 14:00.
Do you cover outdoor pool, garden and majlis areas?
