Villa and Apartment Video Door Phones

For standalone villas we typically install a weatherproof HD door panel at the main gate or entrance, connected to an indoor monitor in the living area and integrated with the door lock relay. The homeowner can see the visitor in HD, speak to them through the panel and release the lock, all without leaving the sofa. Integration with your existing smart-home system or TV screen is also possible on most platforms.

Office and Commercial Intercom

Office receptions use video intercom to screen visitors before buzzing them through a controlled entrance door. We integrate the door panel with the receptionist's PC or desk phone and, where required, with access-control card readers so the same door handles both badge and visitor access. Multi-camera entrance setups with CCTV overlay on the intercom monitor are also available.

Apartment Building and Multi-Unit Systems

For apartment buildings we install a lobby panel per entrance and individual indoor units in each apartment, all linked back to a building controller. Residents call the lobby or a specific unit; the building management office can monitor all lobby panels from a central station. We also integrate with building management systems and provide a tenant directory on the lobby touchscreen.

Remote Access via Mobile App

All IP-based systems we install include a mobile app so residents and managers can see live video from the door panel, speak to visitors and release the lock remotely, from the office, from another country, anywhere with a data connection. Motion alerts can also be pushed to the phone when someone approaches the door without pressing the call button.
