What automation is worth doing
The AC is the one that pays for itself.
Most smart home features are convenience. In Dubai, one of them is economics: cooling is the dominant cost in a villa, and a system that turns the AC off when the house is empty and brings it back before you arrive addresses the largest line on the bill without anyone changing their habits.

Most smart home devices are wireless and retrofit into an existing villa or apartment without rewiring. Smart light bulbs replace standard bulbs; smart switches replace standard switches (using the existing wiring, with no new cable runs needed); motorised blinds run on rechargeable battery packs in most cases; AC control uses infrared blasters that sit on a shelf. A full rewire is only needed for hardwired lighting systems (common in older villas with dimmer panels) or for Lutron RadioRA systems that require the wiring to run to a central hub.

Our main workshop is Office 45 on the 10th floor of Concord Tower in Dubai Media City, with a second Azizi Technologies office at the IT Center Building in Bur Dubai. The nearest metro to Concord Tower is Dubai Internet City, and there is visitor parking (first 15 minutes free, then paid) if you drive.
No appointment is needed during workshop hours, Mon-Sat 9AM-7PM, Fri break 12-2PM · Sun closed. Remote support runs from both offices, and on-site visits are scheduled from whichever is closer to you.
Where we work on site
Dubai Media City, Internet City, Knowledge Park, Barsha Heights, Bur Dubai, Business Bay, JLT and the wider city from the two offices, with scheduled visits beyond Dubai.
