A basic wireless intruder alarm for a villa or apartment includes a control panel, PIR motion detector, door sensors and a siren. The final price depends on the number of zones, sensor types and whether you need GSM/GPRS remote notification or central-station monitoring.

We install both wired and wireless systems from Paradox, DSC, Texecom and Hikvision, all platforms proven in Dubai's climate. Wired systems are preferred for permanent commercial installations where cabling is possible during fit-out; wireless systems suit retrofits and villas where running cables is impractical or destructive.

Every alarm system we install can send GSM text or app push notifications directly to the owner's phone when a zone is triggered. For higher-risk sites, such as petrol stations, gold shops and pharmacies, we connect to a Dubai-licensed central monitoring station that dispatches a guard response within minutes. We can also integrate alarm events into your CCTV system so a camera snapshot is captured at the moment of trigger.

Commercial alarm systems in certain categories, including jewellers, money exchanges, pharmacies and government-adjacent premises, must be registered with SIRA and connected to an approved monitoring station. Fire alarm systems must comply with Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) standards and be installed by a DCD-approved contractor. At the site survey we tell you which requirements likely apply and which steps need a SIRA- or DCD-approved contractor. SIRA and DCD make the final check.

Alarm systems are most effective when integrated with CCTV and access control. When an alarm zone is triggered, the CCTV system can automatically switch to full-frame recording on the nearest camera, push a live snapshot to the owner's phone and lock or unlock specific access-control doors.
