The biggest Mac mini redesign since 2010
October 2024 brought a five-inch square chassis in place of the 7.7-inch footprint every earlier Mac mini had used, two USB-C ports and a headphone jack moved to the front, the 3nm M4 chip, and a new internal layout built around an internal power supply and a single large blower fan. Round the back sit three Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.1 and Gigabit Ethernet, with a 10GbE option.
Memory starts at 16GB unified, with 24GB and 32GB tiers, and storage runs from 256GB to 2TB soldered to the board. A new internal layout means new service procedures: different flex cables, a different fan module, a PSU that is now inside the case. We prepared for all of that before the first M4 reached UAE retail, which matters most in the first years of any redesign.

Workshop hours are Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 21:00, with a Friday break from 12:00 to 14:00, closed Sunday. If you run several M4 Mac minis in one office, message us first: we collect them together in one visit, and for three or more we can service them in a single batch.
