Within 30 minutes during workshop hours (Mon-Sat 09:00-21:00, Friday break 12:00-14:00, closed Sunday) we reply with a written valuation, any visible-condition adjustments itemised, and a booking link for inspection at either workshop. Valid for 7 calendar days, no expiry pressure.
Bring it to Concord Tower in Dubai Media City or G 58, IT Center Building in Bur Dubai - 30 to 90 minutes on-site for inspection, data wipe in front of you, paperwork and ID logging. Or book free pickup if you are in any major Dubai community.
Pick your payment: physical cash counted out at the workshop, same-day UAE bank transfer (lands in 30 to 90 minutes during banking hours), or SWIFT wire to your overseas account. Signed receipt with our trade licence number, your ID reference, and the device serial number or IMEI. Walk out paid.
Trade-in credit or cash in hand
Apple's official Trade In programme in the UAE gives you store credit toward a new Apple purchase - it never pays cash.
