What Apple Trade In gives you, and what it does not

Credit, not cash

Apple's value is locked to an Apple purchase. An independent buyer pays you directly with nothing to buy.

No value means recycling

Devices that do not qualify are recycled rather than paid for. We will still quote on many of those.

Condition matters more than age

Damage reduces or removes trade-in value. We inspect and quote on cracked, faulty and older machines.

No purchase required

Sell and walk away. You are not obliged to replace the device with anything.

Apple Trade In is designed to reduce the price of your next Apple product. You describe the device, Apple gives a provisional estimate, and the final figure is confirmed once the device is inspected. The value arrives as credit against that new purchase. If the device does not qualify for any value, Apple will still take it for free recycling. That is a good outcome if you were buying a new Apple device anyway. It is not much use if what you actually want is money.

Can I sell my device directly to Apple?
Yes, through Apple Trade In, but only as credit toward a new Apple purchase. Apple takes iPhone, iPad and Mac that power on and are not physically damaged, with Activation Lock and Find My switched off. Cracked glass, a battery that does not hold charge, liquid damage or a locked account either disqualify the device or drop it to the recycle-only tier, which has no value.
Does Apple Trade In give cash in the UAE?
No. Apple Trade In returns credit toward a new Apple purchase, not cash in your account. If your device has no trade-in value Apple will recycle it free instead. If you want money rather than a discount on a new device, you need an independent buyer.
What is Apple Trade In worth compared to selling for cash?
Apple's offer is tied to buying something new from Apple, so its value only exists inside that purchase. A cash buyer pays you directly with no purchase required. Which is better depends entirely on whether you are actually replacing the device with a new Apple product.
Will Apple take a cracked or damaged device?
Apple's programme is built around working devices in reasonable condition, and damage reduces or removes trade-in value. We take Apple devices that trade-in programmes usually turn away, including cracked screens, failing batteries, keyboard faults and older models, and we quote on them after inspection.
How does Azizi Technologies value my Apple device?
We inspect the device rather than relying on a form. Model, storage, battery health, screen condition, chassis wear and whether it is iCloud locked all affect the figure. You get the offer before you commit, and you are free to walk away with the device if you decline.
How fast do I get paid?
Once the inspection is agreed we settle the same day, by cash or bank transfer, whichever you prefer. Walk in to either Dubai workshop, or arrange a pickup and we will handle the inspection and payment without you coming to us.
What do I need to do before trading in or selling?
Back up the device, then sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My, and erase it. A device still locked to an Apple ID cannot legally be resold and will be declined. Bring the charger if you have it, and proof of ownership for higher value machines.
Can I trade in a device that is locked to my Apple ID?
No, and neither Apple nor any honest buyer will accept it. Sign in to the device or to iCloud.com, remove it from Find My and erase it so Activation Lock clears. If you have genuinely lost access to the Apple ID, Apple's account recovery is the only route; nobody can bypass the lock legitimately.
