Our second workshop sits in the heart of Bur Dubai, at G 58, IT Center Building on 21A Street, a short walk from BurJuman and Meena Bazaar. Walk in with any Mac, PC or laptop for a free diagnosis, or we collect from your home or office across old Dubai. It is the city's busiest computer-repair district and we keep common parts in stock for same-day fixes. The IT Center Building on 21A Street is Bur Dubai's established hub for computer parts, repairs and IT services, convenient for the area's mix of families, trading businesses, small offices and hospitality operators along Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road. We repair desktops and laptops of every brand (Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Apple Mac), offer data recovery from failed drives, SSD upgrades, virus removal and custom PC builds. For Bur Dubai businesses we also provide on-site IT support, network cabling, printer setup and IT AMC contracts.
If you are heading to Al Ain Center on Al Mankhool Road, the computer mall most people know as Computer Plaza, we are not inside it. Our Bur Dubai workshop is a separate address a few minutes away at G 58, IT Center Building, 21A Street, Al Souq Al Kabeer. The practical difference is what sits behind the counter: rather than a stall in a mall, we run our own repair bench with in-house technicians, so laptops, MacBooks and desktops are diagnosed and repaired on site instead of being passed to a third party. Diagnosis is free whether you walk in or send us photos first, and you get a written quote before anything is opened.
