How much does meeting room AV cost in Dubai?
Quoted per room, and room size drives it. A huddle room (3 to 4 people) with a Logitech Rally Bar Mini and a 65-inch display is the entry point. A standard meeting room (6 to 8 people) with a Rally Bar or Poly Studio sits above that. A large room (12+) with executive video conferencing is higher again, and boardrooms with custom touch-panel control and architectural AV are the top of the range. Every quote is all-inclusive of design, supply, installation, programming and training. The hardware carries its manufacturer's warranty and our installation work a 90-day warranty.
What is the difference between Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms?
Teams Rooms is the right default if you are a Microsoft 365 organisation: native calendar integration, single-pane management in Teams Admin Center, deepest feature integration. Zoom Rooms is right if your culture is Zoom-first: slightly cleaner room interface, strong webinar support, better breakout room handling. The hardware is often the same (Logitech, Poly, Yealink all offer dual-certified bars). We deploy whichever fits your collaboration platform, and many rooms are dual-certified, switching mode based on the meeting invite.
Can you integrate AV with our existing IT and network?
Yes, and we strongly prefer it. AV-over-IP design needs proper VLAN isolation, multicast configuration, and Quality of Service. Modern Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms run on your data network with the right QoS, and digital signage CMSes need internet but should be isolated. We design with your IT team or as your IT team's extension.
Do you provide content for digital signage?
We provide the digital signage CMS and content-authoring training, not the day-to-day creative content itself. We set up the CMS, train your team on content authoring, and connect you with content partners for ongoing creative if needed. For most clients, content is created in-house using the CMS built-in templates (BrightSign, ScreenCloud, and Yodeck all have strong template libraries). For premium retail or hospitality, we recommend a separate creative agency for ongoing fresh content.
Will the AV system actually be easy to use?
Yes. This is design priority number one. Meeting rooms get a single Start button on a table touch panel. Presenters connect wirelessly with one click. Calendar integration means the right meeting joins automatically. We train every user group on day one and provide laminated quick-start guides on the table. Calls to AV support should be near-zero after the first month.
Can you maintain AV systems after installation?
Yes. AV Maintenance Contracts cover quarterly health checks, firmware updates, bulb and lamp replacement (for projectors), priority response for breakdowns, and a documented spare-parts inventory for critical components. AMC for a 5 to 10 room estate is quoted annually and includes preventive visits plus reactive support.
Do you do TV studio or broadcast-grade AV?
Yes. We have designed corporate-grade TV studios, podcast rooms, and live-streaming spaces for clients including media businesses, training and education institutions, and high-profile professional services firms. Equipment level is typically Blackmagic Design ATEM switchers, Sony FX3/FX6 cameras, Shure broadcast microphones, and proper acoustic-treated rooms: sufficient for daily broadcast use without crossing into network-TV pricing.
