Azizi Technologies offers WiFi installation and support in Dubai as a single bundled engagement - one site survey, one design, one deployment, one ongoing AMC contract for monitoring and maintenance. The advantage is no finger-pointing between vendors when something breaks - the team that installed your WiFi also supports it. Installation includes a site survey for commercial jobs, structured cabling and AP placement, controller configuration (UniFi, Meraki, Aruba, Omada, Ruckus), VLAN segmentation for guest and IoT traffic, and ISP modem bridge-mode setup for Etisalat or du. Support runs under a monthly AMC: remote monitoring of every AP, unlimited remote troubleshooting, a monthly on-site visit and a quarterly firmware and security patch cycle.
AMC clients also get configuration changes (new VLANs, new SSIDs, throughput tuning) any time. Without an AMC, call-outs are quoted per visit.

You will find our main workshop at Office 45, 10th floor, Concord Tower, in Dubai Media City, with a second Azizi Technologies location at the IT Center Building in Bur Dubai. Concord Tower sits by Dubai Internet City metro, and has visitor parking if you drive in (first 15 minutes free, then paid).
No appointment is needed during workshop hours, Mon-Sat 9AM-7PM, Fri break 12-2PM · Sun closed. Remote support runs from both offices, and on-site visits are scheduled from whichever is closer to you.

Dubai Media City, Internet City, Knowledge Park, Barsha Heights, Bur Dubai, Business Bay, JLT and the wider city from the two offices, with scheduled visits beyond Dubai.
