The M4 Ultra sits at the top of Apple's 2025 desktop line, and it gets there by fusing two M4 Max dies across the UltraFusion silicon interposer. At its maximum that yields 32 CPU cores, 80 GPU cores, 192GB of unified memory and 819GB per second of memory bandwidth, which is the ceiling of the whole line rather than a step within it.
The same construction is why this machine is a single inseparable assembly at the silicon level. Geekbench AI, Blender Cycles and DaVinci Fusion run together for eight hours while every per-core thermal sensor is logged at 100ms intervals. A short benchmark will not surface an inter-die fault.

Bring an M4 Ultra to either Dubai workshop without an appointment. Our Media City workshop is on the 10th floor of Concord Tower, where customer parking is free; our Bur Dubai workshop is in the IT Center Building on 21A Street, where parking is paid on the street with more in the BurJuman car park. Neither location charges for the assessment.
The counter is open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 until 21:00, pausing on Friday between 12:00 and 14:00 and shut on Sunday. Most M4 Ultra board-level jobs run five to ten working days because of the bench time the stress profile takes, and a loaner M2 Ultra Mac Studio is provided on jobs longer than five working days. We keep three loaner units in rotation for exactly this, so the VFX and AI pipelines these machines sit in do not stall.
Collection and delivery runs cover DMC, Studio City, Tecom, Knowledge Park, JLT, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, DIFC, Bur Dubai, Downtown and Deira. It is free on larger jobs, which given the weight of a Mac Studio is worth asking about when you book.

Bring the Thunderbolt 5 or HDMI 2.1 peripheral too if the fault involves external storage or a display, because a port fault is easier to reproduce with the setup that triggers it. Take a backup before you set off if the machine still starts, because opening a chassis is the wrong moment to discover nothing was ever copied.
