Bring the machine to whichever workshop is closer: no appointment, and the intake diagnosis is free at both while you wait. In Media City the address is Office 45, 10th floor, Concord Tower, with Dubai Internet City the nearest metro and free customer parking downstairs if you drive. In Bur Dubai the address is G 58, IT Center Building, 21A Street, a short walk from BurJuman Metro and Meena Bazaar, with no lifts to find and paid street parking outside, or the BurJuman car park when 21A is full.
Both run Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 21:00, break for Friday prayers between 12:00 and 14:00 and close on Sunday. If a battery or port job is the only thing standing between you and a deadline, say so at the counter: same-day work is scheduled by what the machine is holding up.
