A 14-inch MacBook Pro M5 can come to either Dubai workshop without an appointment, and the intake diagnosis is free at both while you decide. In Media City we are in Office 45 on the 10th floor of Concord Tower, one lift ride up from the visitor parking (first 15 minutes free, then paid). In Bur Dubai we are on the ground floor of the IT Center Building on 21A Street, with paid street parking outside and the BurJuman car park if the street is full.
Both workshops run Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 19:00, pause for Friday prayers from 12:00 to 14:00 and close on Sunday. Editing teams and dev shops moving several M5 series machines at once should message first: the batch is booked in together with a job ticket per machine, and on an AMC the engineer brings it in on the scheduled visit.
