What a Pro screen repair involves
Retina and Liquid Retina XDR are not the same repair.
The Pro line spans two very different display technologies. Older Retina panels are conventional backlit LCDs. The 2021-onward 14- and 16-inch models use mini-LED Liquid Retina XDR, with thousands of individually dimmed backlight zones. They are not interchangeable, they are not priced alike, and diagnosing one by the other's symptoms leads to the wrong quote.
Both share one failure mode above all others in Dubai: pressure cracking from being carried closed in a full bag. It shows up as a bright line, a spreading bloom, or dead zones rather than obvious shattered glass.
Retina and mini-LED XDR are different parts at different prices. We confirm which before quoting.
Every MacBook Pro generation currently in service in Dubai.
Bright lines and blooming are display faults, not cosmetic ones, and we check the housing that caused them.
Parts and fitting are both covered.
