Finding us
Bring a MacBook Neo in for battery work at either Dubai workshop without an appointment. Our Media City workshop is on the 10th floor of Concord Tower, where customer parking is free; our Bur Dubai workshop is in the IT Center Building on 21A Street, where parking is paid on the street with more in the BurJuman car park. Neither counter charges for reading the battery.
The counter is open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 until 21:00, pausing on Friday between 12:00 and 14:00 and shut on Sunday. Because the replacement itself takes 90 minutes, most battery customers simply wait: there is a lounge at the Media City workshop, and coffee within walking distance of the Bur Dubai counter, and the machine is ready inside the same visit.
Collection and delivery runs across Dubai and is free on larger jobs. The districts that come up most often on Neo battery work are Dubai Media City, Studio City, JLT, Business Bay and Bur Dubai, and consultants who travel to Saudi Arabia and Qatar on the same machine are a regular part of that traffic. Most battery-only jobs still arrive as walk-ins, because 90 minutes is quicker than a round trip.
The MacBook Neo, its original USB-C charger, your iCloud password, and any AppleCare paperwork you have.
