Jumeirah is a villa community rather than a tower district, so a MacBook repair here usually starts with a short drive, and the useful question is which of our two workshops to point the car at. Jumeirah 1 and 2, around Mercato and the Jumeirah Mosque, are roughly fifteen minutes from our Bur Dubai workshop. Jumeirah 3, out towards Umm Suqeim, is closer to our Dubai Media City side, where Concord Tower has visitor parking (first 15 minutes free, then paid). Both counters take walk-ins and give you a written quote before any work starts. The work profile here is domestic rather than corporate. Jumeirah: frequently asked questions

Do you collect MacBooks from Jumeirah villas?
No. MacBook repairs are walk-in only, so there is no villa collection. Bring the machine to whichever of our two workshops is nearer (the next question covers which), and send photos through the quote form first if you want a likely cost before the drive.
Which of your two workshops handles Jumeirah?
It depends where in Jumeirah you are. Jumeirah 1 and 2, around Mercato and the Jumeirah Mosque, route to our Bur Dubai workshop. Jumeirah 3 towards Umm Suqeim is closer to Dubai Media City. Walk in at whichever is nearer to you; both run the same free diagnosis.
My child cracked their MacBook Air screen at school. Is it worth repairing?
Usually yes, and it is one of the most routine jobs we do. The honest answer depends on the model year: on a recent Air a screen replacement is straightforward and the machine has years left in it, while on a much older Intel Air the cost can approach what the machine is worth. We tell you which situation you are in after a free diagnosis, before you commit.
Our family MacBook has become very slow. Is that a repair or a replacement?
Very often it is neither a fault nor a reason to replace. Slow older Macs are usually a storage drive that is nearly full, a mechanical drive on pre-2016 models, or years of accumulated startup software. We diagnose that for free and will tell you if a clean install or a drive upgrade fixes it, rather than selling you a repair the machine does not need.
Can you recover photos from a Mac that will not switch on?
In most cases yes, provided nobody has already attempted a repair or a reinstall first. That is the single most important thing: if the data matters, tell us before any work starts. Recovery from a failed drive is a separate process from a hardware repair and doing them in the wrong order can make the data unrecoverable.
