We work from Concord Tower in Dubai Media City and the IT Center Building in Bur Dubai. Migration work is largely remote, and the cutover itself is deliberately scheduled outside your working hours.
Being local matters on the morning after. If a laptop will not sign in at 8am, someone can be in front of it rather than opening a ticket and waiting.
