Do I need an appointment to walk in?
No. Both hubs take walk-ins Mon-Sat, 9am-7pm (Friday closed 12-2pm for prayer). Visitor parking at Concord Tower (first 15 minutes free, then paid); metered street parking near IT Center Building, with BurJuman Metro five minutes on foot if you're coming without a car.
Can someone come to me instead — pickup near my location?
No. MacBook repairs are walk-in only, at Media City or Bur Dubai, because one of the two is a short drive from most of the city. If you can't leave the office, send photos and the model on WhatsApp first: you get a likely quote, so whoever brings the machine in knows what to expect. Companies on one of our AMC plans can have the engineer take it back on a scheduled visit.
How long does the drive take from Dubai Marina?
Roughly 12-18 minutes to the Media City workshop via Sheikh Zayed Road, depending on traffic — it's one exit down from Marina towards Al Sufouh. Concord Tower has visitor parking: the first 15 minutes are free, then it is paid.
Is there a MacBook repair option near Business Bay or DIFC?
The Bur Dubai hub (IT Center Building) is the closer of our two locations from Business Bay and DIFC — typically 10-15 minutes by car via Al Khail Road, or a short metro-plus-taxi combination from Business Bay Metro.
Do you fix MacBooks the same day if I walk in?
Most single-fault jobs — battery, keyboard, single-key, charging port, screen on common models — are same-day if the part is in stock at the hub you visit. We check stock across both locations while you wait so you're not sent away.
