Most Wi-Fi complaints in Dubai are placement, not bandwidth.
The single most common call is slow Wi-Fi on a fast plan, and the cause is almost never the plan. It is where the router sits, or a device sitting on the 2.4 GHz band when it should be on 5. Dead zones in villas and larger apartments are the second, and no single router solves them — that is a mesh problem, and adding a more expensive router in the same spot changes nothing.
After that it is interference, which Dubai's tower density makes worse than most cities, and a set of software causes that look like hardware faults: a cached network profile producing a wrong-password error when the password is right, DNS failures, and iPhones behaving differently from everything else because of Private Wi-Fi Address or Private Relay. Buffering on streaming is often a modern client on an older router. Knowing which of these you have takes a survey rather than a guess, which is why we measure before recommending anything.

Concord Tower is a short walk from Dubai Internet City metro, with visitor parking on site (first 15 minutes free, then paid).
No appointment is needed during workshop hours, Mon-Sat 9AM-7PM, Fri break 12-2PM · Sun closed. Remote support runs from both offices, and on-site visits are scheduled from whichever is closer to you.
