The box is bought, the installer configures it, and it works. Two years later the firmware is months behind, the rule base has accumulated temporary exceptions that were never removed, the IPS is running default signatures nobody tuned, and the logs have never been read. No appointment is needed during workshop hours, Mon-Sat 9AM-7PM, Fri break 12-2PM · Sun closed. Remote support runs from both offices, and on-site visits are scheduled from whichever is closer to you.
