Zoom Rooms Installation Dubai

Zoom Rooms is a dedicated meeting-room experience built on top of Zoom, where a tablet controller on the table replaces the need to connect a laptop, and the room system connects to any Zoom meeting with one tap. We install Zoom Rooms using Logitech MeetUp 2 (all-in-one bar for huddle rooms), Logitech Rally Bar (mid-size rooms) and Logitech Rally Bar Huddle (small rooms). Each installation includes Zoom Rooms software configuration, admin console setup, and SSL-secured connection to your Zoom account. A Zoom Rooms licence is Request a quote/year, billed separately to Zoom.

Microsoft Teams Rooms Dubai

Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) delivers the same one-tap meeting experience as Zoom Rooms but natively within the Teams ecosystem, so all meetings appear on the room's calendar and join with a single tap. We install MTR on Logitech Rally Bar, Logitech Tap IP, Poly Studio E70 and Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub systems. MTR requires a Teams Rooms licence (from Request a quote/month for Pro) which can be assigned from your Microsoft 365 admin console. We handle the licence assignment and room mailbox configuration as part of the installation.

Audio Quality: the Critical Factor

The most common complaint from Dubai meeting rooms is that remote participants cannot hear clearly, not because of internet issues, but because the microphone does not cover the whole table, or room acoustics cause echo that the microphone's echo-cancellation cannot handle. Before specifying a microphone system, we measure room dimensions, identify hard surfaces that cause reflection, and recommend the correct pickup pattern and placement. For rooms over 5 metres in length, a single bar microphone is inadequate. We specify ceiling microphone arrays (Shure Microflex, Biamp Tesira) or tabletop expansion mics.

Camera selection depends on room depth and the number of participants to frame correctly.
