SIRA Compliance for IP Camera Installations Dubai

SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency), the Dubai government body that regulates security systems, requires that CCTV installations in commercial premises meet minimum standards for camera coverage, recording retention (minimum 31 days), and installer registration. Azizi Technologies is SIRA-registered. Every commercial IP camera installation we complete includes the documentation required for SIRA registration. Residential installations (private villas, apartments) do not require SIRA registration.

Remote Viewing and NVR Configuration

Every IP camera system we install includes remote viewing via smartphone app (Hik-Connect for Hikvision, DMSS for Dahua, or brand-specific app) configured and tested before handover. We set up user accounts, configure notification alerts on motion detection and enable cloud backup where subscribed. NVR storage is sized for the required recording period: a 4-camera 1080p system requires approximately 1TB per 30 days of continuous recording.
