• Cat 6a: 10 Gbps to 100m. Mandatory for server uplinks, prosumer offices, future-proofing
• Cat 7 / Cat 8: 10-40 Gbps. Niche use, rare in UAE
• Fibre OM3 / OM4: 10-100 Gbps over 300-550m. Building risers, data centre, multi-floor backbone
• Fibre OS2 single-mode: 100 Gbps+. Inter-building, long-distance

Fluke Certification Process

Every Azizi Technologies cabling install is tested with a Fluke DSX-5000 or DSX-8000 cable certifier. Tests run per cable: length, attenuation, NEXT (near-end crosstalk), FEXT, return loss, propagation delay - all measured against TIA-568 or ISO 11801 spec. Printed PDF test report becomes part of your network documentation, supporting future warranty claims and audit requirements.

RTA Building Code Compliance

Cables run through common Dubai building areas (corridors, risers, ceiling voids) must be in RTA-approved cable trays with fire-rated jackets. Standard install includes compliant cable trays, fire-stopping where cables cross fire-rated walls, and labelled riser entries. Some Free Zone authorities (DIFC, ADGM, DMCC) require submitted cabling permits which Azizi Technologies handles.
