Our actual workflow on a Dubai web project
Here is what happens during a typical Azizi Dubai project, from sign-off to launch.
Day 1-3: discovery and design
Human-led. We meet at Concord Tower or IT Center Building, run the discovery workshop, sketch wireframes in Figma. Claude Code is not involved yet - design intent comes from humans who understand your Dubai market.
Day 4-10: scaffolding and components
Claude Code generates the Next.js or WordPress scaffolding, sets up Tailwind, Shadcn UI components, TypeScript types, and routing. A senior engineer reviews every commit. This step used to take 5-7 days, now takes 2-3.
Day 11-20: pages, content, and integrations
Claude Code builds out pages from approved wireframes, wires up Tabby and Tamara on ecommerce projects, connects to Sanity or WordPress for content. Human engineers do all the tricky bits - payment edge cases, RTL layout, performance tuning.
Day 21-25: testing and Core Web Vitals
Claude Code runs Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights, identifies issues, and suggests fixes. Humans approve every change. Target Lighthouse mobile score is 90+ on every Azizi project.
Day 26-30: client review and launch
Pure human work. Client review on staging, content tweaks, final SEO checks in Google Search Console, deployment to Vercel or Cloudways. Hand-over of admin credentials.

Is Claude Code the same as ChatGPT or Copilot?
No. Claude Code is Anthropic's terminal-based development agent that reads your entire codebase, edits files in place, and runs builds and tests autonomously. ChatGPT is conversational and copy-paste based. GitHub Copilot autocompletes single lines. Claude Code is more autonomous than either - it can complete multi-file refactors and ship working features under human review.
Does using AI mean lower quality code?
In our experience the opposite. AI-assisted code at Azizi is reviewed by a human senior engineer before every commit, plus AI-generated code is tested more rigorously than handwritten code in many cases. Do I own the code Claude Code writes for my Dubai project?
